Paul has been a qualified soft tissue therapist since 2010 having completed his level 5 professional diploma at the Oxford School of Sports Massage. he has since gone on to increase his skill set with further courses to improve the level of service and care to his clients.

Paul retired from competitive sport through injury, but has always maintained that whilst he can no long compete, he wants to help people enjoy their sport, and to help them to stay fit and injury free.

Since Paul has retired he has gone on to enjoy running, cycling and more recently cross training to keep himself physically and mentally fit, and believes that exercise is essential to a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Paul started his journey working with Chesham United F.C. and working within disability sports, such as Wheelchair fencing, Rugby, swimming, as well as track athletes. He later went on to become part of a multi-functional team at Alevia Healthcare (High Wycombe) where the varied client base included people of all ages with varying problems from both sport and activities of daily living.

Since moving to the south west Paul has become more involved in swimming as both his daughters are keen competitive swimmers with Tavistock Swimming Club. Not only helping the club to implement a proactive and preventative approach to injury and overuse, but also becoming Chairman and donning his whites as an official at local galas.
